A union between Artist and Artisan. Home remodel, home decor, design since 2014. We work with a range of clients from small bath re-fitting to whole house investment properties. We are licensed and insured.

With our project management and real estate investment experience, we are looking to share our skills with other investors. Our dynamic experience with market analysis, detailed budget development, and relationships with engineers, township offices, and subcontractors have made us a simple choice to hand over investments with as much or little involvement desired by investors.

PROJECT MANAGER

Brad finished at Drexel University in 2012 with a BS in Mechanical Engineering, and starting his work in home remodel in 2014. He leans on his college training to produce accurate estimates and schedules for projects, as well as on the job experience, that gives home owners a predictable and desired experience and outcome.

He is able to easily partner with clients in taking their project from start to finish with constant, clear communication and transparency.

DESIGNER and real estate agent

Elly graduated from Tyler School of Art in 2013 with her BFA in Printmaking and Design. She also completed her Real Estate license at the start of 2024. With her background of design and real estate investment, she guides projects following trends and current market analysis.

Mike graduated from Pennsylvania College of Technology. He has been with Dapper Duck Designs since 2019. Mike is in constant communication between the client, employees, Brad and Elly to keep everyone in sync as projects begin and complete.
