OUR PROCESS
Preliminary call or zoom
Once you have filled out our contact form, we will schedule a preliminary call or zoom meeting to over view your project. This call is of no cost to you as we decide if we’re a good fit.
in-person consultation
Following our initial call or Zoom meeting, we will schedule an in-person consultation with Brad, our designer, to walk through the space together.
During this visit, Brad will take measurements, assess the existing layout, identify any potential structural or utility-related challenges, and document your requested changes and design goals.
design
Brad takes your project to the computer to model designs for you to visualize as well as draw up plans for a structural engineer to review, townships to read for permitting, and for your contractor to execute.
Following the completion of the design, Brad is on standby as you make changes to the project, make selections, and to handle any design related tasks with you or any other professionals involved in the project.
